Plesk install how to?

I have searched the forums for this information. I see that many people have stated that it is possible to install plesk on a gentoo system, but nobody describes how.

I have downloaded rpm based installation from plesks website. Didnt work in gentoo. I would like to use plesk or ensim for webhosting purposes. I dont want to bother with anything else, its either too detailed for users to figure out and or doesnt have the eye candy they want. Can someone please shed some light on the plesk issues with gentoo for me.
