Hi! I'm getting an errormessage every time I start up gnome 2.8. It tells me to send the output of Quote: | xprop -root | grep XKB | and also of Quote: | gconftool-2 -R /desktop/gnome/peripherals/keyboard/xkb | I don't quite know where to send the output to, Xorg? Gnome? gentoo? Btw. First line gives me: Quote: | mag@cologne mag $ xprop -root | grep XKB
_XKB_RULES_NAMES_BACKUP(STRING) = "xorg", "pc105", "us", "", ""
_XKB_RULES_NAMES(STRING) = "xorg", "pc105", "us", "", "" | the second one states: Quote: | gconftool-2 -R /desktop/gnome/peripherals/keyboard/xkb
layouts = [de nodeadkeys]
model = pc105
overrideSettings = false
options = []
update_handlers = [] | Anyone know what to do with that? Thanks in advance. |
