fam.conf - local_only false/true [SOLVED]

I ran man fam and I could not find anything on the local only variable. What is the implications if it is set to true or if it is set to false?

The one you need to check out is man famd, under the -L option. The short story is that setting local_only to true means that famd will not accept connections from clients on remote machines.
