A serial connection to the internet is a two end setup. You have a setup on your computer. There is a setup on the equipment your computer calls. There are *many* different ways to do this.
Here's what to do:
1) find out who your isp (internet service provider) is.
2) get as much information from them as you can about their setup. Even if this is for Windows and not Linux
3) find out what kind of modem you have
Once you have that information please post it. People can help you from there. |

Internet Connection with Dinamic IP
ZOOM External V92 Voice FaxModem ( work at 56KBs.) Seriall
on windowsset com port 1 =
Serial Port 1 ( hardwared) // respective ttyS0 linuxes worked.
and no much more.
