BINHOST solution. idea

i notice a lot of people pushing for BINHOST to do "emerge -gk package"

i have another idea.

host about another portage mirror like BMG, and add a USE flag that appends a "-bin" to the emerge package(emerge package-bin) and all of the deps

"emerge package" becomes

these are the packages that I would merge, in order:
dep1-bin
dep2-bin
dep3-bin
dep4-bin
package-bin

--
have all of these packages available on your new portage directory at the current versions, with a standard set of use flags.

AND, with the new emerge command that allows the useflagupdate flag(can't remeber exactly what its called"

so you could fix any flag compiles you need with a emerge --useSOMETHIGN package, and you would have the un-optimized version to use in the meantime.
