I just updated my kernel from 2.6.7-r6 to 2.6.8-r3, everything seems to be working but my mouse. I'm using a USB wireless optical Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer, which worked flawlessly on 2.6.7. Now it seems to be restricted to moving vertically, and randomly issues right clicks on its own.
XF86Config:
Code: | Section "InputDevice"
Identifier "Mouse1"
Driver "mouse"
Option "Protocol" "Auto"
Option "Device" "/dev/usbmouse"
Option "Buttons" "7"
Option "ZAxisMapping" "6 7"
Option "Resolution" "800"
EndSection
Section "ServerLayout"
[...]
InputDevice "Mouse1" "CorePointer"
InputDevice "Keyboard1" "CoreKeyboard"
[...]
EndSection |
This is unchanged from my previous setup. Any ideas?
Thanks. |

Why don't you use stable kernels, not r*? It maybe a bug of 2.6.8-r3, use 2.6.8.1 instead |
