|
My old logitech wireless ps/2 keyboard has keys that stick(plus is sucking down batteries like crazy) and I got a new ge ps/2 keyboard. I tried the new keyboard on another pc and it works fine. It works for the grub menu, but when it hits the X it does nothing what-so-ever so I figure it is a
X configuration issue. Thing is, I have a working
machine and am not sure which keyboard to select out of the options. The old config is this
EDIT: My error this was NOT an X issue so I am reposting this under hardware & actually installation might of been the more appropriate location as when i set X not to start I still could not log in. When I went back to alter the post it was gone missed that it had been moved. So the hardware is not working under gentoo but grub sees it and win xp sees it fine
