Hi all,
I try to get xmcd working on amd64 with SCSI CDROM (Teac 532). Modules loaded are: sg, sr_mod, cdrom. aic7xxx is in the kernel. I did the standard configuring for xmcd. xmcd starts up, but exits with FATAL error: /dev/sr0 not a CDROM (even when runnning xmcd from root account, so the permission thing shouldn't be a problem). gnome-cd as player works, cdrdao works with that device as a reader device etc.
Bug or feature?
Thanks for your help. |
