at a terminal i only get a bash-2.05b... when i su root it appears normal [tux root #]. what could be the problem? my normal user does exists. how can i fix this.? |

Either the generic /etc/bash/bashrc has got messed up or your users
/home/<username>/.bashrc has chnaged.
The latter is copied from /etc/skel/.bashrc when users are created. _________________ Regards,
