It can be a bug in the MPlayer code _or_ in your drivers _or_ in your
gcc version. If you think it's MPlayer's fault, please read
DOCS/HTML/en/bugreports.html and follow the instructions there. We can't and
won't help unless you provide this information when reporting a possible bug.
Xlib: unexpected async reply (sequence 0x59)!

Im not really sure how to resolve this. Is this an issue with codecs or? Any help would be appreciated. (this happens with anything I try to watch) _________________ The realOTW: http://forums.realotw.org/index.php

If you are using an ATI card try adding this to your xorg.conf:
Code: | Option "XaaNoOffscreenPixmaps" |
Known problem when using ATI cards with xv & xorg-6.7. Fixed in 6.8 but of course ATI has yet to give us some drivers that work with it. _________________ A paranoid is someone who knows a little of what's going on.

I adjusted the sync rate in my xfree config and that resolved. _________________ The realOTW: http://forums.realotw.org/index.php
