webmail with respect to encoding

What webmail package is best working for Chinese?

I usually got mail from both mainland and HK. which were encoded in big5 and gb2312. all webmail I have used do not display them according to the encoding in used. So, I need to frequently switch the encoding of the browser. Moreover, the subject browsing is never right with all different encoding mixed in one page.

Are there any webmail package which can help?
