Xorg and /usr/share/fonts/CID and Open APM failed

Hi all,

I just moved from Xfree to Xorg (slightly painful, but nothing I couldn't handle ) and was wondering about two errors that are now cropping up in the Xorg.0.log file.

The first is calling for a /usr/share/fonts/CID directory which, apparently, doesn't exist anymore and the other is telling me that Open APM failed.

Where can I get the CID fonts and, as I don't use APM, how can I tell xorg not to try and load it?

Finally, what sort of leftover stuff from Xfree might there be on my system and what's the best way to get rid of it?
