Controlla a cosa punta il tuo /etc/localtime e leggi il post sequente:

Il mio localtime punta al timezone giusto (c'è Rome), ed il clock in /etc/rc.conf è impostato su local.....ma come si fa a vedere l'ora? Comunque php dice che sono un ora avanti...

rdate non è presente nella mia gentoo :). Ma poi fammi capire, veramente non esiste un modo facile di aggiustare l'ora?

Ok, con rdate mi è andata bene, ma immagino sia l'orario GMT0 (perchè ora invece di essere un'ora avanti è un'ora indietro....).
Ora? Devo impostare clock=UTC in /etc/rc.conf?

se sulla macchina c'e' solo linux la scelta migliore e' UTC.

In tale circostanza se hai installazioni multiple che devono essere localizzate in modo diverso puoi farlo benissimo.
