|
|
Whenever I try to play a song inside rhythmbox it crashes. I tried the ~x86 ebuild but has the same problem.
That's not strange, the problem is rhythmbox uses gstreamer and it's unable to play anithing. When I emerged Totem with the +gstreamer flag enabled, the same problem happened when opening a video. I had to use the xinelib backend.
Is there a way of using rhythmbox with anything but gstreamer? Do you people have that program when playing things using the gstreamer backend? _________________ La PDA de tungsteno

Ok, i emerged the latest stable version of totem with the gstreamer use flag activated. Totem plays no more
This is the message I see in console when rythmbox crashes:
Code: | rhythmbox: pcm.c:2094: snd_pcm_wait: La declaración `err == 1' no se cumple.
Xlib: unexpected async reply (sequence 0x5080)!
|
And this one, is the totem one:
Code: | totem: pcm.c:2094: snd_pcm_wait: La declaración `err == 1' no se cumple. |
Seem to be the same. I'll report a bug... _________________ La PDA de tungsteno |

I reported the bug,
https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=71438
and the solution was found:

Thank you Zaheer _________________ La PDA de tungsteno |
