Can anyone give me a hand with this? I am trying to encode the file from an AVI to an SVCD compatible mpeg, but I get the following error:

Code:

date && ffmpeg -i \[AonE\]_Tenjou_Tenge_-_02_\[54DECFCB\].avi -target ntsc-svcd -r 29.97 -s 464x348 -padtop 66 -padbottom 66 -padleft 8 -padright 8 tenjo2.mpeg && date

ffmpeg version 0.4.9-pre1, build 4718, Copyright (c) 2000-2004 Fabrice Bellard

  built on Jul 29 2004 19:58:46, gcc: 3.3.3 20040412 (Gentoo Linux 3.3.3-r6, ssp-3.3.2-2, pie-8.7.6)

Google didn’t yield much, and I didn’t see much in the docs on it.

Thanks! :)

First and probably last bump.

I was also thinking of possibly using the gentoo mailing lists for this issue. I have tried the ffmpeg lists, and #ffmpeg. Would gentoo-desktop be the best list to post something like this?
