Hi guy i have a little beat problem with mouse in xfree (KDE) when i make the right step to use wheel on my mouse, the mouse in the first screen of kdm login, go crazy, and don permit me to use it, if fix protocol line in xconfig, the things return ok, someone has some information about it?

I had a similar problem, I use a logitech wireless wheel mouse and fixed it by using the protocol "IMPS/2". Is that what you're using?

I am experiencing similar mousing woes, and when I try to set the device to IMPS/2, I get a message saying something to the effect that the driver doesn't exist, or is invalid. Of all the things I've never been able to do in Linux, getting my mouse wheel working is at the top!
Let me know if anyone can tell me what I'm screwing up! |
