My servers syslog log are spitting out a bunch of lines like this:
Code:

Dec  9 14:27:48 ns1 named[23840]: lame server resolving 'wipcom.it' (in 'wipcom.it'?): 193.205.245.8#53
Dec  9 14:27:48 ns1 named[23840]: lame server resolving 'glennpeter.com' (in 'glennpeter.COM'?): 208.234.1.36#53
Dec  9 14:27:48 ns1 named[23840]: lame server resolving 'chequemail.com' (in 'chequemail.COM'?): 209.61.162.6#53

repeatedly from the 3 above domains. Am I under some kind of attack or? Is there something I can do about it?

If it's like this: http://isp-lists.isp-planet.com/isp-linux/0210/msg00465.html then possibly.

Make sure you have the latest ebuild of BIND, I believe it's been in portage for ~6 weeks now.

If the behavior is not similar to the above I wouldn't worry too much about it. The internet has a tremendous amount of idiots running DNS boxes. Check the BIND9 ARM for more info on what lame delegation is and how to remove the messages if that is your wish.
