xorg and truetype fonts

how do install them........they don't seem to be in portage. i think not having them might be the problem i am not able to get my onbaord gf2 to work with the latest nvidia drivers.

those are already there.........but i don't have nything of namr truetype under /usr/share/fonts

Hmm... might be from emerging xorg with USE="truetype"?

truetype is in the use vars already

try /usr/share/fonts/TTF/

or

they are there in the path.......so thats them now??
well nywayz i tried the old drivers and things were fine so i guess its not a problem nymore......thnx 4 all the help
