You might want to take a look at new boot cd. It was originally made for a Gentoo 1.2 system, but it's probably a good start. _________________ if i never try anything, i never learn anything..

There is an outdated 'livecd' package in the portage tree. I emerged it, then edited the scripts & files to my liking (it took a lot of editing). It can give you a good idea on how to do it yourself. |
