gDesklets Starterbar position

I just emerged the gdesklets and the starterbar but I have some problems geeting the Starterbar on the right position. After starting it is was too low on the screen and it was hardly visible, then I restarted it (right mouse menu) and now it in the to left corner again half off the screen. How do I position where I want it?

Drag it with the middle mouse button.

In this January after I upgraded gnome-extra/gdesklets-core to 0.33.1, some weirdness have happened.

1. desklet-psidisplays/networkinfo won't start anymore.
2. Some of displays do not remember their positions. They are psi-tasklist, desklet-psiextras/GoodWeather and StarterBar. They appear at the top left corner.

The situation remained after moving them by the menu or by middle button of a mouse.
Then I removed all the setting files under ~/.gdesklets

1. The position problem remains.
2. networkinfo won't start either. It says in the error dialog:

I reinstalled VariableBorder2 by running /usr/share/gdesklets/Displays/psi-tasklist/Install_VariableBorder2_Sensor.bin as root. It said
