Looking for some dedicated hosting, must have full root with no restrictions, pref gentoo, pref US based.
Any recomendations? |

Why does it have to be gentoo ? Most linuxservers these days run either red hat or debian. _________________ It would be more interesting to learn from children, than try to teach them how to behave, how to live and how to function. - U.G. Krishnamurti |

Good prices, quite good connections...
http://www.serverpronto.com/
I don't know how they do a gentoo install...
I've used their network for a little file and shoutcast server, never had network problems (except once when someone stole my ips....).

I run a small ISP / programming company, http://supernerd.com. We have recently made (still in the process of making) the switch over to Gentoo with all of our servers. We have a solid network and personal customer service and tech support. I have been using Gentoo going on 2 years now and pretty much got sick of administrating all the other distros we were running. I hate RPMs. I have been a Unix admin since '95, all of my employees have over 5 years unix / linux admin experience. We are US based and Gentoo powered.
Anyway what exactally are you looking for, a dedicated server, a virtual private server? We can work with you in a way only a smaller company could, catering to your needs. _________________ http://www.supernerd.com |
