The Best USE Flags for AMD K6-2 Server

I am building a gentoo based server and would like to know what the best USE flags would be.

The primary roles of this server are as follows:
External:
1. Web Server - with PHP and MySQL support (also perl for extra compatibility)
2. Mail Server - POP3, SMTP, and WebMail (don't know what to use for webmail yet)
3. FTP Server - a secure encrypted ftp server
4. SSH Server - for secure internal and external remote login and control capabilities

Internal:
1. Samba - for windows backups and storage
2. NFS - for any linux machines (same purpose as samba except for linx)

Anything else that would seem to fit here that I haven't included here.

**NO X Graphical Stuff will be run (obviously for performance reasons)**
**ONLY Command Line**
Remember: Headless unit in corner of my basement with ethernet and power cables only

Include suggestions for using php-hardened or gentoo-hardened in general (for security)
I WANT THIS BOX INPENETRABLE! It will have direct access to always on broadband internet.

Firewall and Virus Scan are both must haves.

Server Specs:
AMD K6-2 500MHz
128MB PC100/133 SDRAM (getting upgraded to at least 256MB MAX:768MB)
60GB 7200RPM 8MB Cache Maxtor HD (bought today from after Thanksgiving sales)
8x IDE CDROM (not needed after install)
10/100 NIC

In addition any partitioning suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Along with preferred apps for each role.
