Ignore forum member

I think a lot of good would come from an ignore feature in the forums similar to /ignore on IRC.

/ignore is needed on IRC because there may be annoying users flooding or something alike. In forums, ignore them by not reading their posts.

why would anyone use ignore? just ignore what they say. pretend they arent there. its easy!
