Palm Zire 31 / kpilot (also coldsync) / kernel 2.6.8-r3

Hello gentoo users!!!

I have a problem with syncing my palm zire 31 with laptop via USB.

I have used visor module, I've read all the manuals on the web. Kpilot says that link with my device is established, yet if I click the sync button nothing happens and after a while palm says: The link could not be established.

I'll aprecciate any assistance.
