Hi ! I've recently emerged gdm. I rebooted my system to find it still presents me with the regular, text-based login screen. I have to manually start gdm as root. So, how do I start on gdm by default ? _________________ (defun SolarBear (1+ n00b))

As root:

Code:

rc-update add xdm default

Edit /etc/rc.conf and set
DISPLAYMANAGER="gdm"
