hi all!
I got a little problem, when I´m gonna chose kernel I dont want the kernel 2.4.26-gentoo-rc13, so I tried to access kernel.org through links2 but I get "bash: links2: command not found"
So, how do I download from kernel.org? |

Hi
Have you tried vanilla-sources?
These are the bog standard sources from kernel.org
(gentoo-dev-sources are the gentoo 2.6 sources, and development-sources are the vanilla 2.6 sources)

links2 doesn't seem to be installed on your system.
What about the other kernels in sys-kernel/ ? _________________ Always bang your Head! |

Hi
I'm guessing that you can't run links2, because you are still in the chrooted part of the install - where links2 isn't installed.
Try running it on VT2 - "ctrl+alt+f2"
