I was wondering how long bootstrapping would take so i can find a good time to run it. can i finish it overnight in say 8-12 hours? i have an amd athlon64 3000+ (2.0ghz not 1.8 ) with 1gb of ram. is this feasible or will it take longer? i'll be using 2004.3 .

A while back, I setup an Athlon64 machine for a friend.
bootstrap.sh + emerge system + kernel compile took just under 2 hours total 8O .

... I really need to get one for myself :D
