da quando ho fatto un aggiornamento al sistema dopo l'installazione della 2004.2, quando chiudo vim da root mi esce sempre il messaggio dicendomi che non riesce a salvare su .viminfo della $HOME.
Io non ho toccato nulla dopo l'upgrade.
Il passwd è a posto
il file .viminfo nella /root esiste e i permessi sono corretti
ci sono pure i .bash_profile, .bashh_history...

pare tutto ok
eppure mi esce sempre quel messaggio, come se il path della $HOME di root non ci sia o non sia corretto

sapete aiutarmi? :?

Come diventi root? con "su", con "su -" o fai l'intero login?

facendo 'su' e 'su -' funziona correttamente

il 'su -l' lo usavo su mandrake xkè altrimenti non mi prendeva i comandi di root

come mai però se uso 'su -l' non mi prende il $HOME?
