i downloaded the universal cd for x86 using bit torrent. I have a Sony CD burner. I have tried burning the iso to CD using Nero, Alcohol, RecordNow, and the program that comes with windows. none of them will work. I tell the program to write and finalize the cd, burn the cd at 48x (also have tried some lower settings), and burn disk-at-once. every time i get a something pregap area error. i have downloaded two different iso files to try to burn, and neither will burn. Please help. |

is there a .md5 file that you can use to verify the iso image has downloaded correctly?
you can check using the md5sum command:
Code: | md5sum -c <md5 file> |
