Oggi ho installato ut2003 sulla mia gentoo, che è praticamente uno degli ultimi passi per l'abbandono completo di winzozz... ma ecco i primi problemini...
La visualizzazione a pieno schermo avviene solo a 1280x1024 (risoluzione di X), purtroppo xò il mio pc nn riesce a ad essere fluido ad una risoluzione tale... Portandola a 1024x768 o 800x600 non è più un vero e proprio schermo pieno... si forma come un riquadro nero dentro cui si esegue il gioco nella risoluzione desiderata.... ovvio che è BRUTTISSIMO e SCOMODO x il gameplay... Qualcuno sa come ovviare al problema? (la combinazione ctrl+alt+(-) non funziona dentro al gioco....

Rispetto alle impostazioni che hai postato, io ho solo tolto le modalità "640x480"....

hum, una pre di Xorg, magari c'e' qualche incompatibilita' con i drivers nvidia (che sono vecchiotti).
Io ho la 6.8.0-r1 e non ho problemi con i driver nvidia 66.29 (sia in userland 32 che a 64 bit).
Prova a emergere i 66.29 e vedi se ti risolvono qualcosa. |

Ho provato a riemergere nvidia-glx (ver 6629) e dare opengl-update nvidia ma niente da fare..... 
Almeno prima funzionava c***o....
Che dipenda anke dall'aver attivato il Fastwrite nei driver?

installati tutti e due.... Xorg.conf non dovrebbe essere un problema dato che errori non me ne dà....
