Hello all,
This one came out of the blue after I recompiled my kernel for OSS (ALSA has gone flaky).
Anyways, I got the error message in the title whenever I rebooted. The only way I can fix it is to
'rmmod ath_pci && modprobe ath_pci'
That gets me net access. I have played around with the orcer of modules in modules.autoload.d/kernel-2.6 and ran modules-update afterwards, but that hasn't helped. Emerging coldplug and adding it to default as seemed to help for some didn't help for me.
Any idea how I can fix this aside from reloading the module everytime I reboot?
Thanks,
Tim |

Does anyone have any thoughts on why this is? Why would I need to unload and reload the wireless module after booting in order to get network access? Is there a cache somewhere with a weird setting that is causing this?
Thanks,
