par contre sur la ubuntu ya ca comme module de chargé pour la clé:

ca peux venir de cette différence?
pour rappel moi j'ai ca après avoir fais un rmmod uhci_hcd

avec ces modules de charge, le fait de brancher la clef directement fonctionne ?

| Ouai sur ubuntu ca marche direct (ya en plus supermount ou equivalent qui le monte automatiquement, mais la n'est pas le problème :p ) |

ben tu compares la config de tes deux noyaux ubuntu et gentoo
diff -u .config_ubuntu .config_gentoo
et pour savoir le module qui fait défaut
pareil un petit lsmod > lsmod_ubuntu et du coté de gentoo lsmod > lsmod_gentoo puis a nouveau un autre diff 
diff -u lsmod_ubuntu lsmod_gentoo
et ca devrait pas mal t'aider ....
