Durante gli emerge mi compare qst messaggio, ma nel make.conf non ho più mcpu ho solo march

con tutta probabilità alcuni pacchetti sovrascrivono le tue cflags, quindi ti ritrovi quel messaggio. Non ci baderei piu' di tanto, visto che, si spera, verranno aggiornati al piu' presto.

Probabilmente dipende dagli ebuild che sovrascrivono alcune CFLAGS.
-mtune dovrebbe essere una opzione introdotta nel gcc 3.4 proprio per sostituire -mcpu, ma la vecchia viene mantenuta per compatibilitá quindi non dovrebbero esserci problemi a breve termine
