Beware for buggy linux softraid driver!!

[Gentoo Server]

it appears that for some reason drives are marked faulty and are disabled from raid system

this gives us two problems

1) there is no defulat way of messaging that so people maybe dont see that in time (like me)
2) even when the drive is 100% ok so you want to readd it to raid to sync again there is no way to do that without reboot

thats some bad points about linux raid maybe bugs maybe driver issues who knows just want to let you know
