This might be due to the drivers on my wlan card (Ralink rt2500), but I'm thinking there might be something else that could cause this strange behaviour.
As soon as I start up my wlan card, the wlan signal starts to cut. The only way to keep it working is to wobble the usb-mouse around.. When the wlan cuts off the system goes sluggish, and the onboard mouse on my notebook stops working.
If I keep on wiggling the usb-mouse it works pretty well (with slight sluggishness now and then).
Could there be some setting in bios that could end this behaviour? I have hotplugging running, don't have acpi and have the newest kernel I could find (2.6.9-r9). |
