Realtek ALC655 vs. C-Media CM8738

I bought a new VT600 Epox 8KRAI motherboard that has an on-board Realtek ALC655 soundcard. I was wondering if it worth to get rid of my C-Media one , wich I think it causes IRQ conflicts and switch to the on-board one.
Anybody who's using this card and maybe get 6 channel sound, too ?
