i.e., not modify it when file is copied or moved, only when changed. because I have a bunch of FAT32 hierarchies I need to sort out under linux, but keep the modified date as is to maintain historical track (else it's pretty useless to keep old download dirs with winamp skins, wallpapers, apps etc).
Anyone got a clue?
