My .fetchmailrc is:

poll pop.gmail.com protocol pop3 port 995 ssl fetchall user muttpop AT(@)gmail.com password xxxxxxxxxxx

When I do:

fetchmail -akv -m "/usr/bin/procmail -d %T"

I get:

zenlunatic$ fetchmail -akv -m "/usr/bin/procmail -d %T"
fetchmail:/Users/justin/.fetchmailrc:1: parse error at user

Anyone know what the problem is? And yes, I do own muttpop AT gmail.com.

i'm not sure about your specific problem. i also had many problems with fetchmail. you should look into getmail. it's much better.
