I installed netatalk to serve home directories with AFP for Mac clients instead of Samba. For some reason netatalk doesn't recognize file systems that have been mounted under the home directory. In my case, the home directory is on a separate partition from root, my personal home directory is on its own HD, and in my home directories I have two more hard drives/partitions mounted in two directories. It's these last two file systems that netatalk can't see. Samba sees it fine.
Has anyone run into this? If so, how did you fix it? |

Netatalk explicitely forbids nested volumes. Try using unionfs to unify the volumes. _________________ Regards,
