How do I "share" an xterm between Linux boxes ? Person A and Person B can both type commands on the xterm, and both can see what the other has typed.
I can export the display but then the other person gets the xterm. How do I keep it as well as let him see what I am doing ?
I know of "script" which is the transcript of A's session feeding B's session in near-real-time.
Could VNC do something like this ? Or is it more geared for "full control" rather than sharing ?
Anyone heard of something called "split IP" for sharing applications ? Any idea what I am talking about ?
All guidance and insight is appreciated.

darkarchon,
VNC works well.
One user spawns a VNC server, then both cnnect to it with VNC viewer.
I've used it for helping out with installs so I can see what the installer is doing. It does graphics too of course. _________________ Regards,
