I hate the free image hosting services and my connection happens to be reliable and fast. At least it is wicked fast for everyone except you so far.... |

odd...works for me (images and config both) *shrugs*
nice look too...chances are I won't use it though as I'm happy with qingy (damn, I just checked the qingy site they even still have that silly little theme I submitted ages ago )
but yeah...well done on the config and looks great (I'm all for choice and for people using what fits them best...looks like for you XDM rocks! hehe ) _________________ while(true) {self.input(sugar);} |

The turorial could use a bit more on Xresources, but otherwise it's very nice. Also, there's no link in the tutorial to actually download your configuration. _________________ Registered Linux User #263260 |

I haven't looked at it yet, but from all the comments I'm sure it'll not cause any problems, so thanks, I needed something like this. |

I added some more to the howto, including a link to my configuration tarball. If it needs any more then just mention something you are stuck with. |

You forgot to mention the annoying thing about the geometry. The axis is 0'd in the upper-left, not the lower-left. _________________ Registered Linux User #263260 |

I do not recall using anything that has used the lower-left for 0,0. :\ I will add something about that though. |

Hm, the server is totally inaccessible. I've tried both my European cable connection, and my webhost's shell account, which is on a major backbone in Texas. |

Things seemingly screwed up as far as my router goes, and I think the cause is the damned thing known as LimeWire which my mom uses. I think I am going to have her use Nicotine instead.
However, it should be accessible now. |

Really cool this howto ! I'll finaly be able to wipe out gdm But I've just a little question : is it possible to change the default cursor, as in gdm ? I suppose it's controlled in the Xresources file, but I can't find how |
