Hallo, wollte ivan mergen, genau nach Anleitung, geht aber nicht, irgendwas blockt und ich weis nicht wie ich verfahren soll.
gentoo root # emerge --pretend ivman
These are the packages that I would merge, in order:

[ebuild N ] dev-lang/swig-1.3.21
[ebuild N ] sys-libs/libcap-1.10-r4
[ebuild N ] sys-kernel/linux26-headers-2.6.8.1-r1
[ebuild N ] sys-apps/hal-0.4.1-r1
[ebuild N ] sys-apps/ivman-0.4_rc1
gentoo root #
Lasse ich dann pretend weg, kommt folgende Fehlermeldung:
gentoo root # emerge ivman
Calculating dependencies ...done!
!!! Error: the sys-kernel/linux-headers package conflicts with another package.
!!! both can't be installed on the same system together.
!!! Please use 'emerge --pretend' to determine blockers.
gentoo root #
Als Kernel benutze ich "linux-2.6.9-gentoo-r9"

Hallo,
ich würde ein | Code: | emerge unmerge linux-headers
emerge linux26-headers |
versuchen und dann ivman emergen. Man möge mich korrigieren, wenn was dagegen spricht.
