Hi all!

With the latest update I've done, now my fsck doesn't run anymore at boot time. I also cannot launch anymore my xterm under Xorg, and also Xchat.

Any ID's?

I update xorg and a few other things, I don't remember everything...
I've just done a emerge --update world

You should
Code:
emerge --update world --ask
so you can see what is about to happen.

Did you do an
Code:
etc-update
after the update world ?
That can break a lot of things if you are not very careful. Config files can be set back to the defualt state.

Hi!

I normaly do emerge --pretend --update world
Yes I've done etc-update.
To fix the xterm I just have done emerge xterm. What I've to do to emerge again fsck ?
