There is no installer. You read the handbook.

there have been a few attempts. i had one a while back. a few changes to the install make it dangerous now. a powerful installer is being worked on to replace the flexible, but slow and cumbersome CLI install.

I don't think it's all that slow and cumbersome, in fact, I LIKE the install method as it is and I'd hate to see it go.

They should just make the lxnay liveCD and other graphical liveCDs official, but banish all thoughts of a graphical installer. Require n00bs to learn more about their system, their keyboards and themselves by typing commands for each task. :-D

Sorry, maybe I've told you not enough.
I know there is a project called Gentoo Linux Installer, you can find it in the Gentooprojects but I've not found a place where I can get it or download it, I've searched the CVS without any success.
My intention is not to install with an installer, instead I want to install with one script so I can automate my installations.

And the project I mean is:
http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/releng/installer/index.xml

Is this project still in planing or does anyone know where are the cvs files or maybe tar.gz's

You can find the files in a cvs archive. See here for more information http://dev.gentoo.org/~agaffney/gli/faq.php
