qmail-scanner virus notifications

I'm planning to migrate my ugly hack Postfix mail setup to a much cleaner qmail-based setup. I have qmail and qmail-scanner running on my PC but I can't figure out how to get qmail-scanner to send virus notifications to the sender. I figured out how to get the notifications for the admin, but for some reason it doesn't send to the sender. Can anyone shed some light?
