wine... failed to create empty document

Hello. This is a wine question. When I try to run liveperson or timpani from www.liveperson.com. It is a normal .exe file. I get an error that says failed to create empty document. Does any one have any ideas on how to fix this error.

have you set up wine correctly? ie the conf file that tells it where the "drives" are
