Sylpheed >= 0.8.6 doesn't recognise libcompface anymore..

My usual strategy for minor hickups like this one would be to wait for a few more rsyncs, but sometimes things just don't revert to normal all by themselves. This particular feature used to work fine - without me having done anything to en- or discourage it, then or now - up until Sylpheed 0.8.5, and it has ceased to do so in 0.8.6, 0.8.7 and my current 0.8.8 (albeit without breaking the compile process). Does anybody know how I can get support for mail header X-Faces back into my Sylpheed, please?

I could ask on the Sylpheed mailing list, but you people are so much gentler...
