Ok, I have 2 Windows machines (XP and 2003 server) on my network. I created 2 shares on the 2003 machines and can see them on the XP machine just fine. I browse with SMB4K (on my Gentoo box) and I can only see the C$ (Default Admin share) and a printer I have set up. I cannot see the 2 new shares I just created. Now, I have the permissions on the shares all set up appropreately and, again, can access them using the XP machine.
Using SMB4K, I have set the authentication and use a password to browse. Also, I use Samba on my Linux server and can browne those shares as well. All the machines are in the same workgroup also.
Anyone know why I cant see the new shares?
Thanks!!!
