I rebooted the livecd while installing and I just wanted to be sure if I have to rc-update things again. Also btw, where does rc-update stores what you update to him... for a lack of better understanding

if you do

Code:

rc-update show default

It shows the items in the default runlevel, you can type any runlevel to see what's in them

I'd like to know where they're stored as well actually

Jim

They are stored in
Code:
/etc/runlevels

They are just soft linked from there to /etc/init.d

Is that /etc/conf.d/runlevels for older versions of baselayout or have they always been there?
