Maybe netstat could help..
-a gives you a list of all the connections, which essentialy means that whether your computer is LISTENING to connections (is free to connect to..) or has ESTABLISHED a connection already, both of them will show up in the list. |

Armor2net Personal Firewall is your friend. It has a "Net State" function which can show the currently active connections and the details of these connections, including Remote Address/Port, Local Application/Port, Protocol and Status. Get it from http://www.armor2net.com.
